I can’t imagine anyone not really loving the experience of connecting people with their dreams.

And that’s just what the role of a celebrant is, to create a ceremony that is your ‘fit’.

I have been asked what do you most enjoy about being a celebrant.

Of course I love the actual ceremony, watching the groom’s faced filled with emotion as his bride starts the walk of love down the aisle, seeing the love between a couple as they share their vows which are their words of love from their hearts and the final introduction when they acknowledge to all their family and friends that they are have now, on this day, formed the ultimate in human bonding – Marriage.

But I have to say that developing a relationship with a couple, having a rapport with them so we can share anything at all and to laugh and ponder over decisions, are so important to me.

Building a trust and working together to achieve this fabulous day and being together on this exciting, exhilarating and at times intoxicating roller coaster, is to me, one of the most important and delightful parts of the process.

And of course apart from all of that, the gorgeous Sunshine Coast offers couples from all over Australia and overseas, such divine places to be married, have an elopement, or renew their vows.

It is not a job for me, it is a passion, to embrace your wants and needs and to weave all of them into the ceremony that is tailored to reflect your individual personalities, with a touch of fun and elegance.

My goal as your celebrant is, to quote the words of Larry Page, Co-Founder of Google to – “Always deliver more than expected.”
